The Human Services Committee is tasked with overseeing the Departments of Veterans Services, Workforce Development, Medical Examiner, Health Services, Aging & Disability Services, Behavioral Health, Brookside, Willowbrook, and the Division of Children & Family Services.

Veterans Services
Kenosha County's Division of Veterans Services helps to assist veterans with claims for federal, state, or local benefits.

Brookside and Willowbrook
Brookside is a skilled nursing facility providing both short-term rehabilitation and long term care. Willowbrook is an assisted living facility providing support in a more home-like environment.

Division of Children & Family Services
This division advocates for children and helps families dealing with abuse, neglect, disabilities, and delinquency.

Workforce Development
The Workforce Economic Development Division helps people access assistance programs such as Child Care Assistance, Medicaid/Badger Care Plus, Food Share and Utility/Energy Assistance. The Child Support Services program strives to make sure that children in Kenosha are provided for by both parents. And the Job Center and Business Services help to link job seekers with local businesses, helping to create a thriving workforce.

Health Services
The Public Health Department has a variety of programs from radon and lead testing and abatement, testing local beach water quality, nursing clinics, asthma programs, baby and child clinics, a variety of lab testing, Narcan training, and making sure that restaurants/food establishments are following protocols.

Aging & Disability Services
The Aging & Disability Resource Center provides information and resources. Adult Protective Services assists elders and disabled adults who may be victims of abuse, neglect, self-neglect and/or financial exploitation. The Transportation program helps to link those needing transportation (and who cannot use public options) to Care-A-Van, Link - Western Kenosha County, Volunteer and Regional Transportation options.

Behavioral Health Services
This division assists individuals and families of those needing guidance about mental health concerns or substance abuse disorders. They assist with providing resources so that people can thrive.
